We have been working with the team at Haven in Paris since its inception in 2006. The site presents a selection of luxury short-term rentals in Paris, London, Provence, and Tuscany for business or leisure travellers. It is important to promote the Haven in Paris (HiP) brand with a presentation that emphasises the quality of the apartments and HiP’s commitment to the best customer service. For the initial development, we worked from a very precise layout provided by HiP’s designer Alison Goudreault.

Behind the scenes, a complete back office system enables Haven in Paris staff to manage reservations and keep all the property and availability details up to date. The site is under constant development, enabling HiP to add more properties and locations without compromising on service. And using the website to manage the business means the team can collaborate closely even when they are split between France, the US and Italy; all they need is a browser and an Internet connection.
