Our client Glenn Cooper has launched a new business venture in fractional property ownership: an affordable way to own a pied-à-terre in Paris for a few weeks a year. Here we worked from a printed brochure. Behind the scenes, a custom back office application allows Glenn to manage the shares, annual payments, and all the expenses and activities associated with property management.
